4-亞硝基二苯基胺性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
化學性質(zhì)
綠色結晶。熔點144℃（分解）。易溶于乙醇、醚、氯仿、苯，微溶于水。
用途
橡膠硫化促進劑。
生產(chǎn)方法
將30g苯胺、30g硝基苯和120g干燥的氫氧化鈉粉末混勻，加熱至110-120℃，攪拌后變成稀液，再升溫至120-125℃，反應液顏色變深并濃筒，當反應液固化時，反應即達終點。冷卻，溶于熱水，冷卻，過濾，濾液通二氧化碳后濾出藍黑色針狀晶體。濾液再通二氧化碳，濾取第二批產(chǎn)物。合并兩批產(chǎn)物，用乙醇重結晶，得純品對業(yè)硝基二苯胺。
