在BCAP-37細胞中,Spautin-1顯著增強無葡萄糖培養(yǎng)基中的細胞死亡,并誘導凋亡細胞形態(tài)。在Bax-Bak DKO細胞中,spautin-1抑制依托泊苷誘導的自噬細胞死亡。Spautin-1通過調節(jié)USP10和USP13的去泛素化活性防止Vps34復合物的降解,并減少PtdIns3P的水平。在PDGF-處理的細胞中,spautin-1穩(wěn)定α-平滑肌細胞肌動蛋白和鈣調蛋白,防止肌動蛋白纖維解體,減少細胞外基質產生,并廢除VSMC過度增殖和遷移。在CML細胞中,spautin-1通過下調Beclin-1顯著抑制IM誘導的自噬,并通過滅活PI3K/AKT并活化下游GSK3β增強IM誘導的細胞凋亡。 在BHK-21細胞中,Spautin-1也會特異性減少傳染性登革病毒。
Spautin-1 ameliorates the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis induced by cerulein or L-arginine. Spautin-1 pretreatment significantly diminishes the elevation of serum amylase and lipase levels, which are indicative of trypsin activity. Increasing levels of serum TNFα caused by cerulein are inhibited in the presence of spautin-1. Spautin-1 treatment can ameliorate the inflammation damage induced by cerulein, such as edema, degeneration, coagulative necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells.
