在BCAP-37細(xì)胞中,Spautin-1顯著增強(qiáng)無葡萄糖培養(yǎng)基中的細(xì)胞死亡,并誘導(dǎo)凋亡細(xì)胞形態(tài)。在Bax-Bak DKO細(xì)胞中,spautin-1抑制依托泊苷誘導(dǎo)的自噬細(xì)胞死亡。Spautin-1通過調(diào)節(jié)USP10和USP13的去泛素化活性防止Vps34復(fù)合物的降解,并減少PtdIns3P的水平。在PDGF-處理的細(xì)胞中,spautin-1穩(wěn)定α-平滑肌細(xì)胞肌動(dòng)蛋白和鈣調(diào)蛋白,防止肌動(dòng)蛋白纖維解體,減少細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)產(chǎn)生,并廢除VSMC過度增殖和遷移。在CML細(xì)胞中,spautin-1通過下調(diào)Beclin-1顯著抑制IM誘導(dǎo)的自噬,并通過滅活PI3K/AKT并活化下游GSK3β增強(qiáng)IM誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞凋亡。 在BHK-21細(xì)胞中,Spautin-1也會(huì)特異性減少傳染性登革病毒。
Spautin-1 ameliorates the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis induced by cerulein or L-arginine. Spautin-1 pretreatment significantly diminishes the elevation of serum amylase and lipase levels, which are indicative of trypsin activity. Increasing levels of serum TNFα caused by cerulein are inhibited in the presence of spautin-1. Spautin-1 treatment can ameliorate the inflammation damage induced by cerulein, such as edema, degeneration, coagulative necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells.
