Trisodium hydrogen diphosphate is a white powder crystal, easily soluble in water, the aqueous solution is close to neutral and insoluble in ethanol. It often exists in the form of monohydrate (Na3HP2O7·H2O), and the crystal water is not easy to remove. When heated to above 170℃, it can be slowly decomposed into disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate and sodium pyrophosphate; above 240℃, it can be decomposed into metaphosphate. | [Uses]
