Steps:

1.11 Step 11: synthesis of voglibose

Add 300mg of (1S) _1_ (hydroxyl)_2,3,4-tris-benzyloxy_5_ (2_hydroxyl) prepared in step 10 into the reaction flask-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethylamino)-1-carbon-benzyloxymethyl-1,2,3,4-cyclohexanetetraol, 15mL methanol and 1mL formic acid,Stir to mix well, add 80mg of catalyst 10% Pd-C, pass in H2, and react at 35 °C for 18h. Add Et3N to neutralize to neutral,Filter with diatomaceous earth, wash the filter cake with 20mL methanol, combine the filtrate and washing liquid, add 20ml distilled water after concentration and dilute with30 mL of dichloromethane was extracted, and the aqueous phase was freeze-dried to obtain 127.3 mg of white solid voglibose with a yield of 97.5%.
