(1) Hydrogenation reduction reactionAdd 500g pentenonitrile, 1000g ethanol, 2.5g each of the new catalyst and amorphous Fe-Mo-Ni-Al catalyst into the hydrogenation reactor,Turn on the stirring, replace with nitrogen 3 times, and replace with hydrogen 3 times. The hydrogen pressure is controlled at 0.2Mpa, and the temperature is raised to 60°C.The reaction was finished after 2h reaction.(2) Post-treatment processAfter the reaction liquid was filtered, the filtrate was rectified. The front distillate is 999g of ethanol (95%), which is recovered and used;The middle distillate is 502g of valeronitrile (99.8%), which is reconstituted into a small amount of impurities.Based on the addition amount of pentenenitrile, the yield of the product was 98.4%, and the purity was 99.8%.
