First, choline chloride and succinic acid were weighed into a mortar according to the molar ratio of 1:1, simply ground and added to a round-bottomed flask. [Succinic acid] a deep eutectic solvent, dried in a vacuum oven at 60 °C for 140 min before use.Later, in a 100ml three-necked round-bottomed flask, add 10ml N,N-dimethylformamide 10ml, 0.1442g (1mmol) 8-aminoquinoline and [Chlorochloride which accounts for 6% of the mass of 8-aminoquinoline] Alkali][succinic acid] deep eutectic solvent, add 0.138ml (1.2mmol) acrolein diethyl acetal at 75, after reaction for 2h, take the product in the bottle for detection and analysis, the analysis result is: 8- The conversion of aminoquinoline was 88.3%, and the selectivity and yield of 1,10-phenanthroline were 91.3% and 80.6%, respectively.
