Typical procedure for oxidation of P(III) compounds with Selectfluor:

General procedure: To a solution of 1 (0.2 mmol) in 2 mL of CH₃CN/H₂O(v/v = 100/1) was added Selectfluor (71 mg, 0.2 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5-60minutes. After removal of the solvent, the residue was then purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel with petroleum ether/ethyl acetate to give the desired product 2.
