Compound 7. N,N-dimethylformamide (400 μL), Biotin NHS (72 mg, 0.211 mmol), and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (33 mg, 0.25 mmol) were added to 15 (42 mg, 0.19 mmol) for 12 h at RT. The reaction was concentrated under reduced pressure and purified on silica gel using flash chromatography (2-5% methanol in CH2Cl2) to afford the product as an oil (84 mg, 0.189 mmol, 98% yield).
