[00399] Step 3 : To a solution of 2-morpholino-N-(4-nitrophenyl)acetamide (320 mg, 1.21 mmol) in MeOH (70 mL) was added 10% Pd/C (80 mg), and the resulting mixture was stirred under H₂ (1 atm) for 23 h. The mixture was then filtered over Celite and concentrated to afford the desired product as an orange oil (314 mg, ca. 100% yield). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.28 (br s, 1H), 7.22 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.50 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H), 4.86 (br s, 2H), 3.64-3.62 (m, 4H), 3.04 (s, 2H), 2.51-2.47 (m, 4H); MS (ESI): calcd for C12H17N302: 235, found: 236 (MH⁺).
