In a 1000 ml four-necked flask equipped with a mechanical stirrer, a constant pressure dropping funnel, a reflux condenser and a thermometer, 200 g of isopropylcarbamoyl chloride was added, 5 g of triethylamine and 700 g of dichloroethane were charged and stirred under reflux and stirred for 10 hours. After the reaction, the product was distilled off to 132.5 g of isopropyl isocyanate, the yield was 94.64% and the content was 99% (GC) above
