General procedure: To the flask was added 36 g of methyl ethyl ketone (0.5 mol),535 g of 5% ammonium chloride in water (0.5 mol), 2% of catalyst TS-1,Turn on the stirrer and adjust to the appropriate stirring rate. The temperature gradually rose to 60 °C,At the same time, 145.75 g of a 20% aqueous solution of sodium carbonate (0.275 mol) and 27.3% of hydrogen peroxide 65.4 g (0.525 mol) were added dropwise.The time of addition was 3h; after the addition was complete, the reaction was continued for 2h. After the reaction was completed, it was cooled to room temperature.The catalyst was filtered off and analyzed by gas chromatography to obtain 43.4 g of butanone oxime.The yield was 99.7%.
Butanone was replaced with acetone or cyclohexanone, and the rest was the same as in Example 1. Gas-phase determination of the product acetone oxime and cyclohexanone The yields were 99.6% and 99.9%, respectively.
