Reaction Conditions:

with aluminum oxide in methanol at 170; for 5.5 h;Temperature;

Add 500g of linalool and 19.52g of aluminum oxide (from the aluminum oxide recovered in Example 4) into a 2000ml reactor equipped with mechanical stirring, turn on the mechanical stirring, increase the temperature to 170°C, and start adding 489g of acetyl Methyl acetate was added dropwise for 3.5h, and the methanol produced by the reaction was distilled out while dripping. The reaction was directly connected to the gas storage tank to collect the carbon dioxide gas produced. After dripping and holding for 2h, the reaction was completed, and after the reaction, 19.43g of the catalyst was filtered out. The catalyst can be recycled and distilled under reduced pressure, and the front distillation (top temperature 40-70, methyl acetoacetate GC content of about 80%, linalool GC content of about 15%) can be used in the next batch of feed, and 539.68g content 99 % Geranyl acetone. The yield: 85.68%.
