[00370] To a solution of Example 50b (9 g, 55.9 mmol) in THF (160 mL) cooled to 0-5°C was slowly added LiAlH4 (7.4 g, 195.6 mmol). The mixture was stirred at r.t. overnight under N2. The reaction mixture was cooled to -10°C and quenched with H20 (7 mL), followed by aq. 15% NaOH (7 ml) and H20 (21 ml). The resulting mixture was stirred for 1 h and filtrated.The filtratewas concentrated to give the desired product Example 50c (3.3 g, yield 58%) as yellow oil. LCMS [M+l]+ = 104.1
