Synthesis of iodinated intermediates of formula (I) (ie X in formula (I) is iodine):

In a 1000 ml round bottom flask, 40 g of the triazineamine compound of formula (V) obtained above and 200 ml of DMF were added. After the resulting mixture was cooled to 0°C, 70 g of N-iodosuccinimide was added at once, and the reaction was magnetically stirred for 1 hour. After that, the resulting reaction mixture was poured into 500 mL of 1 M NaOH aqueous solution, and a large amount of pale white precipitate was generated. Finally, suction filtration was performed, and the filter residue was washed with water and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate to obtain a high-purity iodinated intermediate compound of formula (I) (yield: about 95%).
