(2) Add 18.8g (0.1mol) o-methoxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester, 33ml80% (wt%, the same below) hydrazine hydrate and 50ml methanol (solvent) to a 250ml three-necked flask, control the temperature at 72 °C, stop the reaction for 2-3h, cool to room temperature and spin to obtain the desired product. After recrystallization with ethanol, a white solid precipitated, suction filtered, dried in vacuum, yield 95%, melting point: 99-101 °C.
