The procedure described in Example 16A was followed, substituting 2,3-dimethylaniline for 3,5-dimethylaniline to provide the title compound (96% yield) as a white solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) ? 2.07 (s, 3H), 2.24 (s, 3H), 4.28 (s, 2H), 7.07 (m, 3H), 9.70 (br s, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/e 198 (M+H)+.
