2.I I. Trifluoromethyl substitution reaction
xAdd 50g of 4-nitroaniline and 150g of 1,2-dichloroethane as a solvent to a reaction device protected by inert gas argon, and add the complex of iridium-tris(2-phenylpyridine) (fac-Ir(ppy)3) 3.8g is used as a catalyst, then 20g K2CO3 is added, 19.4g trifluoroiodomethane is mixed with 50g 1,2-dichloroethane first, and then slowly added. React for 24h at room temperature under blue light. After filtration and concentration, 50.2 g of 2-amino-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride was obtained.
