Preparation of core 1-1

In a 3L round flask 1-Bromo-4-iodobenzene 180g (636.26mmol, 2eq) And 2-aminophenylpinacolborane (319.50 mmol, 1 eq), 18.4 g (15.97 mmol, 0.05 eq) of Pd (pph 3) 4, 132 g (998.48 mmol, 3 eq) of K 2 CO 3 , 1,500 ml / 300 ml / 300 ml of toluene / ethanol (EtOH) / H 2 O were added, and the mixture was stirred under reflux. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was extracted with CH 2 Cl 2 (MC) / H 2 O and the CH 2 Cl 2 layer (MC layer) was dried with MgSO 4. The silica-gel column was purified to obtain 1-157 g of a core in 72% yield.
