Steps:

Synthesis of intermediate 2:
In a 500 mL single-necked flask, intermediate 1 (10 g, 0.065 mol), ethyl acetate (25 mL), diethyl ether (25 mL), zinc powder (12.73 g, 0.194 mol),In an ice bath, concentrated hydrochloric acid (33 mL) was slowly added dropwise with vigorous stirring. After the addition was completed, the reaction was continued for 10 min. The zinc powder was removed by filtration, water was added, ethyl acetate was extracted, washed with water, and brine was evaporated.Further purification was carried out to obtain 9 g of a white solid, yield 99%.
