Dissolve 20.01 g of ilaprazole chloromethylpyridine hydrochloride in 60 ml of methanol for use. At room temperature, dissolve 20.61 g of ilaprazole 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and 9.21 g of sodium hydroxide in 150 ml of methanol. Stir to dissolve them. After the dissolution is completed, add the above-mentioned preparation at a controlled time of 10 minutes to 30 minutes. After the addition of the methanol solution, the temperature was raised to 40°C, and the reaction was carried out for 2 hours. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) detection with ethyl acetate as the developing solvent confirmed that the reaction was complete.After the reaction is complete, slowly add 210 ml of water pre-heated to 40°C for the first crystallization to the reaction solution for 20 minutes to 30 minutes, and keep stirring for 0.5 h;Then slowly add 70 ml of purified water preheated to 40°C for the second crystallization over 10 min~15 min; after the addition, cool to 15°C, stir for 30 min, and filter;Wash the filter cake with purified water to neutrality and place it under vacuum drying at 45°C for 24 h,The solid was obtained, the molar yield was 93.6%, the main peak purity of the product ilaprazole sulfide was 99.81%, the maximum single impurity was 0.1%, and the moisture content was 0.8%
