The synthesis of compound IV specific process: to the reaction flask was added compound III (8mmol), benzaldehyde (8.8mmo 1), p-toluenesulfonic acid (0.12mmo 1) and toluene (20ml)Warming to reflux 15h.TLC point plate, the reaction of raw materials completely.The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and the reaction mixture was washed successively with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution (10 ml * 2), saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (10 ml * 2) and saturated brine (10 ml * 2)The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered with suction and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give Compound IV (7.52 mmol) in 94% yield.
