Steps:
1 Deprotection of Boc (200 mg scale):
1 equivalent of compound A is added to a 100 ml round bottom flask and 10 ml of 20% trifluor acetic acid (TFA) in dichloromethane is added at RT and allowed to stir for 1 hour. The reaction mixture is evaporated. TLC medium: 9: 1 DCM and Methanol. Percentage of Yield: 100%. Data: mass spectra showed that deprotection was successful.
