[Physical properties] This product is white needle-like crystal or crystalline powder; odorless, bitter taste; long exposure to air, there is a moisture-attracting

[Pharmacological effects]
1. Anti-cancer: It is effective against mouse Ehrlich ascites carcinoma in vitro and in vivo, and has a significant inhibitory effect on S180. The therapeutic index is high, about 1/30 and 1/60.
2. Toxicity; LD50 is 150mg/kg for mice and 125mg/kg for rats by intraperitoneal injection.
3. Clinical: It is used for the treatment of cervical cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and gallbladder cancer, etc. It has certain efficacy.
