Bontac Bio-engineering (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Bontac or the company) and Angel Yeast Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600298.SH) (hereinafter referred to as: Angel Yeast), intends to found a joint venture as Hubei Angel-Bontac Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Subject to the business registration name) to push the production line project of 200 tons of β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN). 

In June 2021, Bontac and Angel Yeast to reached an agreement, and completed the signing of the joint venture cooperation agreement. The joint venture company will be located in Angel Biotechnology Industrial Park, Xiaoting District, Yichang City, Hubei Province. With the goal of "being the world's largest supplier of NMN coenzyme products", the joint venture will accelerate the industrial development of NMN series products and the development of the terminal consumer market, strive to achieve 200 tons of production and sales in 2025, and sales revenue of 500 million yuan.

The registered capital of the joint venture is 20 million. Among them, Bontac Bio invested 12 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the shares; Angel invested 8 million yuan in cash, accounting for 40% of the shares.

The successful implementation of this project will be a major resource integration for the biotechnology enzyme field. The production line of Bontac Coenzyme series products will once again upgraded to a large scale.
