Synthesis
A preparation method for Silane, (3-isocyanatopropyl)dimethoxymethyl, is characterized in that: it comprises the following steps:
1) 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, dry urea, methyl-sulphoxide, a small amount of trimethyl orthoacetate are put in reactor;
2) under the condition stirred be heated to system to 65 ~ 95 DEG C, react deamination gas at vacuum-0.08 ~-0.09MPa, react 6 ~ 10 hours, until stop when reaction system is emerged without obvious bubble vacuumizing; The mixture of the materials such as urea propyl silane and solvent;
3) a small amount of catalyzer is added to reaction system, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is adopted to compare mixed diluting by the quality of 1:0.5 ~ 0.8 vitriol oil of 98% content, obtain mixed diluting liquid, this mixed diluting liquid is added drop-wise to stirring reaction in system lentamente, temperature of reaction controls at 75 ~ 95 DEG C, and time for adding controls at 4 ~ 6h;
4) stop dripping mixed diluting liquid when system pH value drops to 6 ~ 7; Then less than 50 DEG C are cooled to, the ammonium salt that sealing removed by filtration generates and other solid material; ; Filtrate, by filtrate decompression rectifying separation; Silane, (3-isocyanatopropyl)dimethoxymethyl product.
