Reconstitution	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Background	CXCL3, also named GRO-γ, is belonging to the CXC chemokine family and encoded by the gene CXCL3. CXCL3/GRO-γ shares 86% amino acid sequence with CXCL1/GRO-α. All three human GROs (GRO-α, GRO-β, GRO-γ) are members of the intercrine alpha (chemokine C-X-C) subfamily of chemokines. This chemokine is secreted by monocytes and macrophages. The functional receptor for CXCL3 has been identified as CXCR2. Similar to other GRO proteins, CXCL3 is potent neutrophil attractants and activators. CXCL3 plays a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three GROs can bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B.

注意事項(xiàng):
???????由于有些塑料管壁對(duì)某些蛋白有較強(qiáng)的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會(huì)粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲(chǔ)存液。
