背景（Background）
蛋白酶體激活物復(fù)合物亞基3（PSME3）是PA28家族的成員，也稱為11S調(diào)節(jié)物復(fù)合物γ亞基（REGγ）、多催化蛋白酶亞基3的激活劑和蛋白酶體激活劑28亞基γ（PA28γ）。PSME3激活蛋白酶體的胰蛋白酶樣催化亞基，但抑制胰凝乳蛋白酶樣和后谷氨酰偏好（PGPH）亞基。PSME3還可以促進MDM2-p53/TP53相互作用，促進p53/TP53的泛素化和MDM2依賴性蛋白酶體降解，限制其積累，導(dǎo)致DNA損傷后細(xì)胞凋亡受到抑制。此外，PSME3也可能參與細(xì)胞周期調(diào)控。
