背景（Background）

氨基?；?/span>tRNA合酶復(fù)合物相互作用多功能蛋白1（AIMP1）也被稱為多合相復(fù)合物輔助成分p43和內(nèi)皮單核細(xì)胞激活多肽II（EMAP-II）。AIMP1是一種細(xì)胞因子，可由凋亡誘導(dǎo)，也可從樹突狀細(xì)胞等專業(yè)抗原呈遞細(xì)胞中釋放。AIMP1的釋放使腫瘤相關(guān)血管系統(tǒng)對腫瘤壞死因子敏感。此外，AIMP1結(jié)合tRNA并刺激細(xì)胞質(zhì)精氨酸-tRNA合酶的催化活性。這種蛋白質(zhì)具有炎性細(xì)胞因子活性。此外，AIMP1通過與SMURF2結(jié)合并抑制其SMAD7介導(dǎo)的降解來穩(wěn)定SMURF2，從而負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)TGF-β信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。
