背景（Background）

SLAM受體家族由六個(gè)成員組成，分別命名為SLAM（CD150）；2B4（CD244）；Ly-9（CD229）；CD84；自然殺傷細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞抗原（NTB-A；小鼠中的Ly108）。大多數(shù)（如果不是全部）免疫細(xì)胞類型表達(dá)一種以上的SLAM家族受體。所有六種SLAM相關(guān)基因都位于人類和小鼠1號(hào)染色體上400-500千堿基（kb）的基因組片段內(nèi)。這一特征意味著編碼SLAM家族的基因是通過(guò)連續(xù)基因復(fù)制產(chǎn)生的。
