背景（Background）

C-C基序趨化因子配體24（CCL24），也稱為eotaxin2，屬于類似MCP-1的CC趨化因子，主要趨化嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞。CCL24可以促進(jìn)嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞與內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的分離，然后與其唯一的配體結(jié)合，促進(jìn)嗜酸性細(xì)胞進(jìn)入組織。CCL24最初在嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞中沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)，但最初是從單核細(xì)胞中分離出來的。最近，發(fā)現(xiàn)哮喘患者支氣管上皮細(xì)胞中CCL24的表達(dá)增加。CCL24通過CCR3受體（C-C趨化因子受體3型）促進(jìn)免疫細(xì)胞運輸和活化以及促纖維化活性。CCL24和CCR3都參與肺部和皮膚炎癥和纖維化。
