背景（Background）

CXCL9是一種屬于CXC趨化因子家族的小細(xì)胞因子，也稱為由γ干擾素（MIG）誘導(dǎo)的單因子。CXCL9是一種在免疫反應(yīng)中起作用的趨化因子，它可以誘導(dǎo)趨化性，促進(jìn)白細(xì)胞的分化和增殖，并導(dǎo)致組織外滲。CXCL9通過(guò)與CXCR3受體（如CTL、NK細(xì)胞、NKT細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞）結(jié)合來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞的遷移、分化和激活。CXCL9還參與Th1極化和IFN-γ反應(yīng)。
