This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

背景（Background）

骨髓基質(zhì)細(xì)胞抗原-1（BST-1）或CD157是一種基質(zhì)細(xì)胞系衍生的糖基磷脂酰肌醇錨定分子，屬于CD38家族。CD157是在骨髓基質(zhì)細(xì)胞系中發(fā)現(xiàn)的，它促進(jìn)了前B細(xì)胞的生長。BST1在類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者骨髓基質(zhì)細(xì)胞系中的表達(dá)增強(qiáng)。類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎中的多克隆B細(xì)胞異常可能至少部分歸因于基質(zhì)細(xì)胞群中BST1的過表達(dá)。
