This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 15.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 15-17 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).

背景（Background）

脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白3（FABP3）也稱為心臟型脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白質(zhì)（H-FABP）、乳腺衍生生長(zhǎng)抑制劑（MDGI）、肌肉脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白酶（M-FABP）和FABP11，屬于calycin超家族和脂肪酸結(jié)合酶（FABP）家族。FABP被認(rèn)為在長(zhǎng)鏈脂肪酸及其酰基輔酶a酯的細(xì)胞內(nèi)運(yùn)輸中發(fā)揮作用。H-FABP/FABP3參與活性脂肪酸代謝，將脂肪酸從細(xì)胞膜運(yùn)輸?shù)骄€粒體進(jìn)行氧化。FABP3還可能通過(guò)在脂毒性條件下維持細(xì)胞中胰島素依賴性Akt的激活來(lái)促進(jìn)AS160磷酸化。
