背景（Background）

Stathmin（STMN1）是Stathmin家族的成員，也被稱為白血病相關(guān)磷蛋白p18、癌蛋白18（Op18）、磷蛋白p19（pp19）、蛋白Pr22和pp17，其中含有一個SLD（Stathmin樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。STMN1作為微管動力學(xué)的重要調(diào)節(jié)蛋白的功能已得到很好的表征。Stathmin（STMN1）與兩個二聚體α，β-微管蛋白分子相互作用，形成一個緊密的三元復(fù)合物，稱為T2S復(fù)合物。一摩爾STMN1通過stathmin樣結(jié)構(gòu)域（SLD）與兩摩爾微管蛋白二聚體結(jié)合。當STMN1將微管蛋白螯合到T2S復(fù)合物中時，微管蛋白變得不可聚合。沒有微管蛋白聚合，就沒有微管組裝。STMN1還通過直接作用于微管末端來促進微管解體。
