erpin F1（SERPINF1）也被稱(chēng)為色素上皮衍生因子（PEDF）、細(xì)胞增殖誘導(dǎo)基因35蛋白（PIG35）。Serpin F1屬于Serpin家族。Serpin F1在靜止細(xì)胞中表達(dá)。PEDF具有多種功能，包括抗血管生成、抗腫瘤和神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)特性。SERPINF1/PEDF抑制內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞遷移。PEDF/SERPINF1抑制視網(wǎng)膜新生血管和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞增殖。PEDF還通過(guò)p38 MAPK通路或FAS/FASL通路負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的凋亡。PEDF還具有神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)功能。
