背景(Background)
載脂蛋白A1也稱為載脂蛋白A-I、ApoA-I,是血漿中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的主要蛋白質(zhì)成分。它在脂質(zhì)代謝中具有特殊作用。腸腸上皮細胞分泌的乳糜微粒也含有載脂蛋白A1,但它會在血液中迅速轉(zhuǎn)移到高密度脂蛋白。這種蛋白質(zhì)促進膽固醇從組織流出到肝臟排泄。它是卵磷脂膽固醇?;D(zhuǎn)移酶(LCAT)的輔因子,負責大多數(shù)血漿膽固醇酯的形成。ApoA-I也被分離為前列環(huán)素(PGI2)穩(wěn)定因子,因此可能具有抗凝血作用。編碼它的基因缺陷與高密度脂蛋白缺乏癥有關,包括丹吉爾病和系統(tǒng)性非神經(jīng)性淀粉樣變。此外,已經(jīng)表明ApoA1通過與脂多糖或內(nèi)毒素的相互作用參與HDL的抗內(nèi)毒素功能。
