Human CD300a Protein, His Tag (CDA-H52H5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 18 - Ser 128 (Accession # Q9UGN4-1).

蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 14.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 16 kDa and 19-26 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

CD300a，不僅由自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞表達(dá)，還由T細(xì)胞亞群、B細(xì)胞、樹突狀細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞、粒細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞表達(dá)。抑制性受體，可能有助于下調(diào)自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞溶解活性，并下調(diào)肥大細(xì)胞脫顆粒。通過激活PTPN6，負(fù)性調(diào)節(jié)由MYD88介導(dǎo)的Toll樣受體（TLR）信號傳導(dǎo)，但不調(diào)節(jié)TRIF。
