CD160抗原也被稱為自然殺傷細(xì)胞受體BY55，是一種27kDa的糖蛋白，含有1個(gè)Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。其表達(dá)與外周血NK細(xì)胞和具有細(xì)胞溶解效應(yīng)活性的CD8 T淋巴細(xì)胞密切相關(guān)。CD160在細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)為緊密二硫鍵連接的多聚體。在組織中，CD160在所有腸上皮內(nèi)淋巴細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。CD160顯示出與經(jīng)典和非經(jīng)典MHC I類分子結(jié)合的廣泛特異性。當(dāng)在血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞上表達(dá)時(shí)，CD160傳播抗血管生成信號(hào)并促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡。
