This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

背景（Background）

成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子-5（FGF5）是成纖維細(xì)胞增長(zhǎng)因子（FGF）家族的成員，是頭發(fā)生長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)因子，也是幾種人類癌癥的致癌因子。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子5（FGF5）在胚胎組織中廣泛表達(dá)，但在成年組織中幾乎不表達(dá)。FGF5的過(guò)度表達(dá)與前列腺癌癥、癌癥、癌癥、腎細(xì)胞癌等有關(guān)。已證實(shí)FGF5通過(guò)自分泌和旁分泌作用促進(jìn)人類星形細(xì)胞腦腫瘤的惡性進(jìn)展。
