FcgR4(低親和力免疫球蛋白γFc區(qū)受體IV)也稱為CD16-2、FcgammaRIV,是免疫球蛋白βFc區(qū)的受體。還充當免疫球蛋白εFc區(qū)的受體。以中等親和力結合IgG2a和IgG2b。不顯示與IgG1或IgG3的結合。通過增強與IgG2a結合后的破骨細胞分化,在促進骨吸收方面發(fā)揮作用。與IgE的a和b同種異型結合的親和力較低。也已被證明僅與IgE同種異型a結合,而不與同種異型b結合。與IgE結合可促進巨噬細胞介導的吞噬作用、T細胞的抗原呈遞、促炎細胞因子的產生和皮膚過敏反應的晚期。
