背景（Background）

腫瘤壞死因子α（TNFα）是一種主要由單核細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的細(xì)胞因子。它存在于組織中的滑膜細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞中。TNFα的主要作用是調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞。TNFα能夠誘導(dǎo)凋亡細(xì)胞死亡，誘導(dǎo)炎癥，抑制腫瘤發(fā)生和病毒復(fù)制。TNFα產(chǎn)生的失調(diào)與多種人類疾病有關(guān)，包括嚴(yán)重抑郁癥、阿爾茨海默病和癌癥。重組TNFα被用作國際非專利藥品名稱tasonermin下的免疫刺激劑。TNFα可以在惡性腫瘤的情況下異位產(chǎn)生，在引起繼發(fā)性高鈣血癥和與過量產(chǎn)生相關(guān)的癌癥中與甲狀旁腺激素相似。
