蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 15.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 25-35 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

糖皮質(zhì)激素誘導(dǎo)的TNFR相關(guān)蛋白（GITR）也稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員18（TNFRSF18）、活化誘導(dǎo)型TNFR家族受體（AITR）、CD抗原CD357，是腫瘤壞死因子接收器（TNF-R）超家族的成員。GITR是TNFSF18的受體，TNFSF18似乎參與活化的T淋巴細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞之間的相互作用以及T細(xì)胞受體介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞死亡的調(diào)節(jié)。GITR還通過TRAF2/NIK途徑介導(dǎo)NF-kappa-B的激活。
