胎盤生長因子（PGF）也稱為血管內(nèi)皮生長因子相關蛋白PLGF和PlGF2，是VEGF（血管內(nèi)皮生長因素）亞家族的成員，是血管生成和血管生成的關鍵分子，特別是在胚胎發(fā)育過程中。妊娠期PGF的主要來源是胎盤滋養(yǎng)層。PGF也在許多其他組織中表達，包括絨毛滋養(yǎng)層。PGF在血管生成和內(nèi)皮細胞生長中具有活性，刺激其增殖和遷移。PlGF2以肝素依賴的方式結合NRP1/神經(jīng)白素-1和NRP2/神經(jīng)白蛋白-2。還促進細胞腫瘤生長。
