This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

SLAM家族成員7（SLAMF7）也被稱為CD2樣受體激活細胞毒性細胞（CRACC）、膜蛋白FOAP-12、CD抗原CD319、新型Ly9、蛋白19A，它是一種單程I型膜蛋白，是CD2家族細胞表面受體的成員。SLAMF7在脾臟、淋巴結(jié)、外周血白細胞、骨髓、小腸、胃、闌尾、肺和氣管中表達。SLAMF7的異構(gòu)體1通過SH2D1A非依賴性細胞外信號調(diào)節(jié)ERK介導(dǎo)的途徑介導(dǎo)NK細胞活化。可能在淋巴細胞粘附中起作用。SLAMF7的異構(gòu)體3不介導(dǎo)任何NK細胞活化。
