背景（Background）
B細胞受體CD22也被稱為唾液酸結合Ig樣凝集素2（Siglec-2）、B淋巴細胞粘附分子（BL-CAM）、T細胞表面抗原Leu-14，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族和Siglec（唾液酸結合Ig-like凝集素）家族。CD22介導B細胞與B細胞的相互作用，并可能參與B細胞在淋巴組織中的定位。Siglec-2/CD22結合唾液酸化糖蛋白，其中之一是CD45。Siglec2/CD22通過與Src家族酪氨酸激酶的相互作用在正向調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮作用，也可能通過其SH2結構域招募細胞質(zhì)磷酸酶來充當抑制性受體，SH2結構區(qū)通過信號分子的去磷酸化阻斷信號轉(zhuǎn)導。
