背景（Background）
CD3e分子，ε也稱為CD3e，是一種T細胞表面單程I型膜糖蛋白。CD3E含有1個Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結構域和1個ITAM結構域。CD3E與CD3γ、CD3δ和CD3ζ以及T細胞受體α/β和γ/δ異二聚體一起形成T細胞受體-CD3復合物。該復合物在將抗原識別與幾種細胞內(nèi)信號轉導通路偶聯(lián)方面起著重要作用。編碼ε、γ和δ多肽的基因位于11號染色體上的同一簇中。ε多肽在T細胞發(fā)育中起著至關重要的作用。CD3E在T細胞發(fā)育中起著至關重要的作用，CD3E基因的缺陷會導致嚴重的免疫缺陷。CD3E基因也與女性患I型糖尿病的易感性有關。CD3E已被證明與TOP2B、CD3EAP和NCK2相互作用。
