Description：BMP-4是一種穿透肝素結(jié)合肽，是由10個氨基酸組成的多肽，具有抗炎和抗軟骨形成功能。在小鼠軟骨細胞和巨噬細胞中，BMP-4 通過調(diào)控 iNOS-IFN-IL6 信號通路，以劑量依賴的方式抑制 iNOS、COX2、IFN 和 IL6 等炎癥蛋白的表達，來有效抑制炎癥并緩解多種關(guān)節(jié)炎癥狀。
BMP-4 is a penetrating heparin binding peptide composed of 10 amino acids, which has anti-inflammatory and anti chondrogenic functions. In mouse chondrocytes and macrophages, BMP-4 effectively inhibits inflammation and alleviates various arthritis symptoms by modulating the iNOS-INF-IL6 signaling pathway and dose dependently suppressing the expression of inflammatory proteins such as iNOS, COX2, IFN, and IL6.
