L-Ascorbic Acid Phosphate has been shown to promote cell growth and collagen synthesis. Specifically, Asc 2-P increases the

ba1 (Ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule1) is an approximately 17 kDa calcium-binding protein. It is used as a microglial

 marker because it is expressed specifically in microglia in the central nervous system1). It is expressed in both resting and

Outline This product consists of polysaccharides produced by Pseudomonas elodea, deacetylated and purified, and glucose, 

rhamnose and uronic acid are its active component.[Merits]1. It offers clear solid medium after gelling due to a higher clarity

 than agar allowing easy observation inside the medium.2. Soluble salts are required for gelling. Therefore, preparation of gels 

of various hardness is available by selecting the type of salt and amount of its addition as well as the amount of gellan gum 

used.3. A smaller amount of gellan gum offers gel strength equal to agar.4. It can accelerate growth rate of plant bodies.5. 

It is heat-resistant, not solating at high temperatures, allowing autoclave sterilization several times.6. Similarly to agar, it melts

 by heating (90 degrees C minimum) and gelates by cooling (30 to 50 degrees C maximum).

This is a dried powder of polysaccharides produced extracellularly by Pseudomonas elodea, deacetylated and purified, and it is

 used as a gelling agent replacing agar in the culture media for plant tissues and microorganisms. It becomes a transparent gel

 at a lower concentration of 0.2 to 0.4 % as compared to agar and is said to offer good callus growth.

Among the most important techniques in proteome analyses is the in-gel digestion of protein spots/bands that have been 

resolved by electrophoresis using digestive enzymes, such as trypsin and lysyl endopoptidase. Proteins can be identified by

 mass spectrometry analysis of the peptides produced by in-gel digestion, and further information regarding post-translational

 modifications can be obtained.Lysyl Endopeptidase, Mass Spectrometry Grade is a freeze dried product that retained sufficient 

activity for in-gel digestion and packed in very small quantities for convenience purposes.

Outline Nuclease P1 decomposes the 3'-5'-phosphodiester bond of RNA and heat denatured DNA. It also decomposes the 

3'-phosphomonoester bond of mono-and oligonucleotides.In the presence of sodium chloride at 400 mmol/L or higher (pH 6.0),

 in particular, it does not affect double-stranded DNA.

Usage example

A. Sample : 200uL of RNA or heat-denatured DNA at a density of 2mg/mL.

B. Reaction Buffer : 200uL of 0.01 mol/L barbital(veronal) acetate buffer, pH5.3*.

C. Enzyme : 100uL of 100 units/mL of Nucelase P1 solution with distilled water.

D. Stop Solution : 500uL of cold uranyl acetate buffer(0.25% of uranyl acetate and 2.5% perchloric acid)

*barbital(veronal) acetate buffer, pH5.3 : Prepare 0.01mol/l Barbital Sodium Salt in water and adjust it to pH 5.3 with acetic acid.

1. Mix each 200uL of A, B and C.

2. Incubate it at 50 degree C for 1 hour.

3. The reaction can be stopped by adding 500uL of D.
