描述	Dantrolene depresses excitation-contraction coupling in skeletal muscle by binding to the ryanodine receptor 1 and decreasing intracellular calcium concentration. Ryanodine receptors mediate the release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum, an essential step in muscle contraction. Dantrolene sodium hemiheptahydrate (Sodium dantrolene) is the sodium salt form of dantrolene, a hydantoin derivative, and direct-acting skeletal muscle relaxant.
體外活性	Dantrolene sodium 能夠抑制來自肌漿網(wǎng)的細(xì)胞內(nèi) Ca2+ 釋放。在亞油酸乳液系統(tǒng)中，Dantrolene sodium 表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的抗氧化活性。
體內(nèi)活性	與緩慢的比目魚肌(SOL)相比，Dantrolene sodium (5 mg/kg)對快速伸趾長肌(EDL)的抽搐收縮具有更強(qiáng)的抑制作用。
