Predicted N-terminus: Leu 23

蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 47.1 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Leu 23. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 55-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

淋巴細(xì)胞活化基因3蛋白（LAG3）也稱為CD抗原CD223和蛋白FDC，屬于免疫球蛋白（Ig）超家族，含有4個(gè)細(xì)胞外Ig樣結(jié)構(gòu)域。LAG3基因包含8個(gè)外顯子。序列數(shù)據(jù)、外顯子/內(nèi)含子組織和染色體定位都表明LAG3與CD4密切相關(guān)。LAG3/CD223參與淋巴細(xì)胞活化。LAG3/CD223與HLA II類(lèi)抗原結(jié)合。
